This is not a one-time seminar — it’s consistent, community-driven training that builds lasting confidence, strength, and skill.
Led by an experienced coach with a first-responder and martial-arts background, every class blends technique, conditioning, and empowerment in a supportive, challenging environment.

Our Instructor
With over 25 years of experience leading others through fitness, training, and transformation, Coach Sean brings a lifetime of service, strength, and heart to every class.
His journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline and teamwork laid the foundation for everything that followed. After serving in the military, he went on to spend 25 years as a professional Firefighter, where he dedicated much of his career to training others — serving as Training Chief for 15 years and teaching both Fire Academy and EMT courses.
Throughout his career, he led countless bootcamps, kettlebell courses, and fitness programs, helping recruits and community members alike build the strength and resilience to meet life’s challenges head-on.
Today, as a Group Fitness and Kettlebell Instructor and Personal Trainer, he brings that same mindset to the mat — blending discipline, practical fitness, and encouragement in a space designed for women to grow stronger, more confident, and more capable.
When asked why he teaches, his answer is simple:
“I enjoy it — and it keeps me training.”
That humility is what defines him. He leads from the front, not with ego, but with example — empowering women to push limits, find confidence, and forge real strength that lasts.
